Session Length and Fees

Individual Counselling

50 minutes - $150
75 minutes - $230

Please note: Family counselling is suitable for 3–5 people. Parent support sessions are available at the same fee rate as couples counselling. If you are unsure what fits best for you, or you have any needs outside of this please reach out via email and we can discuss a tailored approach to fit your specific needs.

About Session Lengths

Sessions are thoughtfully structured to support both depth and pace. 50-minute sessions provide a focused and contained space to work through what’s most important, while longer sessions allow for a more in-depth exploration of complex or layered experiences. This can be particularly helpful when working with trauma, relationship dynamics, or multiple areas of concern. For couples and families, extended sessions allow space for each person to be heard while supporting a more balanced and considered therapeutic process.
